Can I change my order details (delivery date, address, or message)?
Yes. Please inform us before 10:00 AM, at least 2 days before your delivery date.
We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, subject to operational constraints.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are accepted before 10:00 AM, at least 2 days before delivery.

I haven’t received my order. Can you check?
We’re really sorry for the delay.
Please WhatsApp us your order number, and we’ll immediately check the delivery status with our driver.
We’ll update you shortly and provide proof of delivery once the order has been completed.
What happens if the recipient is unavailable during delivery?
Please ensure the recipient (or a representative) is available at the delivery address and time provided.

What if my fruits arrive damaged or not in good condition?
We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Send them via WhatsApp or email, and our team will review and assist you as soon as possible. Please refer to the policy below for clarity.
Damaged, Defective or Missing Items Policy
As our products are fresh and perishable, customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery. Any issues relating to missing items, damaged packaging, or fruits that are unfit for consumption must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, together with clear photo evidence where applicable.
Fruits may be considered damaged or unfit for consumption if they are severely bruised, crushed, leaking, mouldy, rotten, emitting a sour odour, excessively mushy, or if packaging is compromised resulting in contamination.
The following are not considered defects: minor cosmetic blemishes, natural variations in size, colour, shape or ripeness, personal taste preferences, or issues reported after the 24-hour window.
In the event of missing or incorrect items, please notify us within 24 hours. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.
Where certain fruits are unavailable due to seasonality or market conditions, we reserve the right to substitute with fruits of similar type, quality, and value. Such substitutions do not constitute defects.
For verified cases, resolutions may include replacement or store credit, at our discretion. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue affects the entire order. Corporate and bulk orders are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
